This page contains a document done with NeoOffice? (Open Office for Macs) which says how to use StatWeave. StatWeave is free software for allowing the combination of NeoOffice? (or Open Office) and R for producing documents in the format of Microsoft Word. Often when you write a report, you need to include graphs and results of various computations. If you combine the text with the calls to R (statistical package) for doing the computations, then when you get a new data file that has all the old data, but in addition another 20 observations, you can just call StatWeave on the statweave source document (.swv.odt) and a new updated document will be produced based on the newest data (assuming the source document loads the updated data file).
- jb-how-to-statweave-v3.odt: This is the target file. It is the result of using StatWeave. It shows a graph created by R, etc. Read the source file, not this one to learn how to use StatWeave.
